摘要: 在此次整合型計畫的第一年裡,依循著第一整合型計畫的合作成果,我們在鑄型磁膜的研究有相當多即相當好的成就。尤其在因為形狀異向造成之為小磁區結構及其所衍生影響的磁阻行為;甚至同時從事磁區及磁阻的量測的成就更提供進一步對奈米磁膜的探討。在磁光膜(包括DyFeCo非晶型膜及Co/Pt多層膜)和鎳鐵膜的奈米結構特性均有深入的瞭解。同時成果上也反映在期刊的發表及國際會議的邀請演講上。
In this first year of our three-year joint-project, we have made a tremendous progress in our studies on the patterned magnetic ilms. The main aterials we have been working on are as follows: magneto-optical thin films, including DyFeCo amorphous films and Co/Pt epitaxial films as well as permalloy thin films. The main subject is focused on the physical properties, such as magnetic domain configuration and the corresponding magneto-resistance due to shape anisotropy, of nanostructured thin films.Overall speaking, our performance is good for this passed year in teams of our many journal publications as well as invited talks in an international magnetic conference.
