Abstract: 本計畫建立彰化師範大學微波量測技術的特色,結合多位教授對微波量測之研究需求,共同申請中大型儀器設備「微波信號量測系統」。本計畫涵蓋本校物理與光電系所奈米電子研究群教授。本計畫國科會補助400萬元,加上本校相對配合款200萬元,採購價格約為台幣600萬元,購置之「微波訊號量測系統」主要包括:高頻網路分析儀、高頻示波器、頻譜分析儀、訊號產生器,目前執行之計畫分別為:「超導高頻微波元件」、「磁性元件時域快速量測」、「有機分子電晶體高頻暫態分析」、「調控量子點自旋狀態與單電子電晶體高頻應用」、「光子晶體製程研究及高頻特性量測」。計畫探究主題雖然不同,但是有一個共同點是:各自研究主題相關之系統的物理動態行為。「微波訊號測試系統」:高頻網路分析儀、時域反射儀及快速取樣頭,此儀器可解析奈米電子之高頻元件中重複發生之超快速翻轉事件並做快速統計。另外包含重要的S 參數及元件模型分析軟體,可以擷取元件的參數。利用微波訊號測試系統量測各研究群所發展的奈米電子元件之高頻訊號響應,相信我們可以進入更快速動態現象之探究。
In order to meet the demands for RF and microwave measurements for researches of many professors, our department applies for large and medium-sized equipments, and hopes that all their National Science Council research projects will be conducted more effectively. The professors studying nanoelectronics are from the physics department and the graduate institute of photonics. Each professor is conducting at least one project from Department of Natural Sciences. Although these research projects are different, they have one point in common: all the research topics are related to the dynamic behaviors of the corresponding physical system. High frequency measurements need expensive equipments, and individual research project usually will not have enough funding to purchase. Because the researches of high frequency responses are interesting and practical, the professors in our department have accumulated many equipments through individual research projects and special grants from our university, such as the electron beam lithography equipment for fabrication of nano devices, sputtering system for fabrication of high quality samples, microwave probe for high and low frequency electronic measurement, low frequency signal producer and electric meter, and so on. If we can purchase the core high frequency equipment such as microwave measurements system, we will begin deep research about fast dynamic behaviors soon.
