Abstract: 本文的研究方法主要採案例分析, 以問卷調查、深度訪談為輔; 研究目的為檢討花博現有推動模式, 對未來推動機制提出建議。本文從地方經濟發展推動機制之內涵、國內外推動經驗借鏡、彰化縣2004及2005花博推動模式分析等, 再對彰化縣公部門(縣政府、鄉鎮市公所)、私部門(民意代表、企業界、民間團體)等進行問卷調查、深度訪談, 綜合歸納演繹出「彰化縣地方經濟發展推動機制初步構想」, 作為未來地方經濟發展推動機制建構之參考。
The textual method mainly adopts an case-analysis, regarding questionnaire, depth interview as to assist. Study the purpose in order to examine the existing promotion mode of flower exposition, push the mechanism to put forward the suggestion to the future. This text uses as an example from the promotion experience inside the content, abroad of economic development in place promotion mechanism, Chang-hua County 2004 and 2005 flower exposition promotion mode analysis etc., carry on the questionnaire, depth interview to the public agent of Chuang-hua County (county government, village city hall) private section (public sentiment representative, enterprise field, civil group)…etc. again, synthesize to induce to deduce “economic development in place promotion mechanism initial speculation of Chang-hua County”, the reference of conduct and actions economic development in future place promotion mechanism construction.
