Title:	大型花卉觀光活動效益評估之研究—2005台灣花卉博覽會為例 A Study on Benefit evaluation of 2005 Taiwan Flower Expo

Abstract:	國家花卉園區特定區透過舉辦臺灣花卉博覽會，帶動花卉消費市場，活絡花卉產業相關周邊經濟活動通路，積極將傳統花卉產業結合觀光產業的行銷與發展。臺灣花卉博覽會不僅是彰化縣，也是全國的花卉盛事，為接續2004年彰化縣「臺灣花卉博覽會」辦理之成效，實現彰化縣花田城市願景的實現，彰化縣政府於2005年再度舉辦「2005花神之祭-台灣花卉博覽會」，為確實掌握此次花卉博覽會辦理的效益與經驗，因此，本研究對彰化縣2005年花卉博覽會進行效益評估，並分析遊客滿意度、產業效益、投資收益等項目，以提供決策者做為未來經營管理之參考。本研究採便利抽樣，共得遊客有效樣本597份，業界樣本400份。研究結果發現：與上屆台灣花卉博覽會成效差異大，遊客對博覽會場內各項設施滿意度皆給予正面肯定，但產業投資不如預期，且經濟投資效益深受自然因素影響。 This research studied the Benefit evaluation for 2005 Taiwan Flower Expo. In order to understand visitors and businessman perception, we referred documents about 2004 Taiwan Flower expo in the research. Furthermore, we analyzed visitors’ satisfactions with the expo and businessmen gains. By surveying with questionnaires, we collected the required data and obtained 597 visitors’ valid samples and 400 business valid samples. As indicated from the factor analysis result, there were four perceptions, such as “2005 Taiwan Flower expo are great different from 2004 Taiwan Flower expo”, “2005 Taiwan Flower expo economics gains are not good as 2004 Taiwan Flower expo”, “ The average of visitor’s satisfaction in different items are between 3.25 and 4.03 of 5”, and “nature factors affect the economics evaluation”.
