本文分彰化縣整體文化產業競爭策略、花卉文化產業運作機制、花卉觀覺產業行銷策略三個部份,提出彰化縣結合「花卉文化」與「觀光產業」應施力處。 Three sections are presneted. The first drew up different spatial strategies to be aimed at the three spatial development area of culture in Changhua. The second focuses on the operation mechanism for flower cultrue industry areas. The last section reveals the strategy implication for the flower culture tourism.
