摘要: 本文以臺灣地區各縣市『縣市綜合發展計畫』中的『土地使用部門』之課題為素材，就空間、內容、因果、說明等向分別整理解析，以探討現今土地使用課題發展之迷思。
The paper obtained material from the land use issues of the county development Plan, It analyzed the issues from the spatial-, content-, and explaindimen-sion in order for the useful strategies to develop.
