本文以臺灣地區各縣市“縣市綜合發展計劃”中的土地資源部門之發展研究和策略為素材 ,從永續資源的觀點分別就空間、內容、因果、說明等向度整理與解析 ,以探討現今土地資源發展策略之永續迷思 The paper obtained material from the land use issues and strategies of the county development plan. It analyzed the issues from the spatial, content, causes, and explain dimension in order for the sustainable land use plan to develop.
