Abstract:	本文從空間規劃的知識經濟內涵、知識經濟發展趨勢、臺灣發展困境、各國空間規劃體系（制）的建構特性等綜合歸納演繹出「空間規劃系統建構初步框架」，再藉由專家問卷調查，對國土規劃體系（制）熟悉的公（官）、私（產）部門人士進行意見諮詢，研擬出國土規劃系（制）的知識經濟系統架構，作為國土規劃體系（制）檢覈及比較之基礎。 This paper discusses the development trend, Taiwan development dilemma, all countries space of the content etc. The author tries to structure system of the spatial planning in knowledge economy era, um Taiwan's spatial planning system to check. Finally, it efforts some suggestions to establishes the spatial framework function of the plan.
