摘要: 摘 要
本研究旨在探討國中教師兼任處室主任工作壓力與學校效能之間的關係。首先,探討不同背景變項之國中教師兼任處室主任在工作壓力與學校效能的差異情形。然後再分析工作壓力與學校效能的相關情形。最後再探究國中教師兼任處室主任之工作壓力對學校效能之預測力。
本研究採問卷調查法,以中部地區五縣市之公立國民中學教師兼任處室主任為研究母群,共有238份主任為研究樣本,有效問卷220份,本研究的研究工具—「國中教師兼任處室主任工作壓力與學校效能調查問卷」。所得資料採用描述性統計分析、t-考驗、單因子變異數分析、積差相關及逐步多元?歸等統計方法進行資料分析。本研究獲得如下結論:
一、國民中學教師兼任處室主任教師知覺工作壓力之現況屬中低程度。
二、國民中學教師兼任處室主任教師知覺學校效能之現況屬中高程度。
三、不同個人背景變項對國中教師兼任處室主任在工作壓力的知覺
上有顯著差異(包含年齡、主任年資、學校規模、學歷及婚姻),沒有顯著差異(包含性別及現任職務)。
四、不同個人背景變項對國中教師兼任處室主任在學校效能的知覺
上有顯著差異。
五、國民中學教師兼任處室主任的工作壓力與學校效能之間有顯著負相關。
六、國民中學教師兼任處室主任的工作壓力對學校效能有顯著預測
力;其中以「人際關係」為最主要的預測變項。
根據研究結論,提出以下建議:
一、對教育行政單位之建議
(一) 提供國中教師兼任各處室主任專業知能進修機會,提昇相關法令知能。
(二) 提供國中學校校園環境設備的需求以提高學校效能。
二、對國民中學校長的建議
(一) 提供優質工作環境,激發工作潛能,提升學校效能。
(二) 鼓勵女性教師兼任各處室主任,積極參予學校行政之決策。
(三) 妥善經營良好「人際的關係」,建立順暢的行政溝通管道。
(四) 鼓勵資深處室主任協助資淺處室主任增加了解學校整體行政運作。
(五) 尊重各處室主任教師的意願行政職務並給予支持和肯定。
三、對未來研究的建議
對研究對象、研究方法及研究工具提出未來研究之參考。

A Study of the Relationship between the Work Pressure of School Directors and School Effectiveness in Junior High
-Using Central Taiwan District as an Example Schools

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between the work pressure of school directors and school effectiveness in junior high schools. First, this study discussed the differences between the work pressure of school directors with different backgrounds and school effectiveness. Then, we analyzed the relativity of work pressure and school effectiveness. Finally, the predictabilities between the work pressure of school directors and school effectiveness in junior high schools was realized.
The data was collected by a questionnaire survey. The junior high school directors from five cities or counties in central Taiwan were used as research population. A total of 238 directors were sampled as research subjects, and 220 copies of the questionnaires were valid. The research tool of this study was – “Questionnaire of the Investigation between Work Pressure of School Directors and School Effectiveness in Junior High Schools”. After questionnaires were collected, statistics methods, such as descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's product-moment correlation, and stepwise multiple regression, were used to analyze the research data.
Conclusions of this study are as follows:
1. The work pressure of directors in junior high schools is of a
low-intermediary level in current.
2. The school effectiveness of directors in junior high schools is of a high -intermediary level in current.
3. Directors of junior high schools personal background become item have difference of showing in working pressure cognitive.
4. Directors of junior high schools personal background become item have difference of showing in school effectiveness cognitive.
5. There are significant relationships existed among work pressure and school effectiveness.
6. The work pressure of directors in junior high schools can effectively predict school effectiveness.
Suggestions based on the above conclusions are proposed to the
educational administration agencies, the junior high schools, teachers, and
future studies.
