| 摘要: | 本研究主要目的在探討國中學生依附關係、自尊、完美主義與生活適應的關係。本研究採問卷調查法，以中部五縣市（台中縣、台中市、彰化縣、南投縣、雲林縣）819位國中學生為研究對象，採描述性統計、t考驗、單因子單變量變異數分析、單因子多變量變異數分析、二因子多變量變異數分析、積差相關分析、典型相關分析、簡單迴歸分析、多元迴歸分析及區別分析等統計方法分析資料。研究結果如下：
一、國中學生的依附關係較傾向同儕依附。
二、國中學生的自尊屬中等程度。
三、在完美主義中，國中學生自我要求的傾向較高。
四、國中學生的生活適應情形還算良好。
五、不同背景變項國中學生的依附關係、自尊與完美主義有顯著差異。
六、國中學生的完美主義與生活適應有關。
七、國中學生的依附關係與完美主義有關。
八、國中學生的自尊與完美主義有關。
九、國中學生的依附關係與自尊有關。
十、國中學生的依附關係與生活適應有關。
十一、國中學生的自尊與生活適應有關。
十二、國中學生的完美主義在依附關係與生活適應間具有中介
作用。
十三、國中學生的完美主義在自尊與生活適應間具有中介作用
十四、國中學生的依附關係、自尊與完美主義可以預測生活適

The main purpose of this study was to explore the relationships of attachment, self-esteem, perfectionism to life adjustment among junior high school students. The survey data were collected from 819 students in the central area of Taiwan (Taichung County, Taichung City, Changhua County, Nantou County and Yulin County). The descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, one-way MANOVA, two-way MANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, canonical correlation, simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis and discriminate analysis were used to analyze data.
The findings of the study indicated that junior high school students inclined to the peer attachment. They perceived moderate level of self-esteem. They inclined to the aspect of requesting themselves. They can do well in the aspect of life adjustment. There were significant differences in the students’ attachment, self-esteem and perfectionism in relation to background variables. The students’ attachment, self-esteem, perfectionism and life adjustment were correlated to each other. The effects of their attachment and self-esteem on their life adjustment were mediated by perfectionism. The students’ attachment, self-esteem and perfectionism could predict and discriminate their life adjustment. |
