摘要: | 本研究旨在探討國中校長領導風格、學校組織氣氛與行政人員士氣之現況與相互關係。以及不同背景變項和環境變項的行政人員所知覺校長領導風格、學校組織氣氛與行政人員士氣之差異情形。研究樣本取自服務於台中市、台中縣、南投縣、彰化縣及苗栗縣的221位行政人員, 採用問卷調查法,所使用的工具包括校長領導風格量表、學校組織氣氛量表及行政人員士氣量表。調查所得資料以描述統計、t 考驗、單因子變異數分析、最小顯著差異法(L.S.D.)、Pearson 積差相關、典型相關等進行統計分析。根據資料分析結果,本研究主要獲致以下結論:
壹、目前中部五縣市國民中學行政人員所知覺校長領導風格、學校組織氣氛和行政人員士氣現況多為中上程度。 貳、男性、41歲以上、已婚、主任、40學分班和碩士博士班畢業、目前沒有進修、台中市和南投縣、25-50班、城市地區行政人員所知覺校長領導風格程度較佳。 參、男性、41歲以上、已婚、主任、年資16年以上、40學分班和碩士博士班畢業、目前沒有進修、南投縣、25-50班、城市地區行政人員所知覺學校組織氣氛程度較佳。 肆、41歲以上、已婚、主任、年資16年以上、南投縣、城市地區行政人員所知覺士氣程度較佳。 伍、校長領導風格、學校組織氣氛與行政人員士氣有顯著正相關。
依據上述研究結論提出建議,供教育行政機關、國民中學校長以及未來研究者之參考: The main purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among principals’ leadership style, organizational climate of schools and administrators’ morale in junior high schools. Questionnaires were administered to a sample of 221 administrators from Taichung city, Taichung county, Nantou county, Changhua county, and Miaoli county. The instruments included Principals’ Leadership Style Scale , Organizational Climate of Schools Scale,and Administrators’ Morale Scale. Descriptive statistics, t-test, oneway ANOVA, L.S.D., Pearson′s product-moment correlation and canonical correlation were utilized .The major conclusions were listed as followings:
1. Administrators perceived that their principals’ leadership style, organizational climate of schools and administrators’ morale were above middle level. 2. In terms of personal and school background variables, male, over 41 years old, married, director, 40-credit hour class or graduate, no refresher course, Taichung city and Nantou county, 25-50 classes and city area, administrators were aware of better principals’ leadership style. 3. In terms of personal and school background variables, male, over 41 years old, married, director, experience above 16 serving years, 40-credit hour class or graduate, no refresher course, Nantou county, 25-50 classes and city area, administrators were aware of better organizational climate of schools. 4. In terms of personal and school background variables, over 41 years old, married, director, experience above 16 serving years, Nantou county, city area, administrators were aware of better morale. 5. The correlations among principals’ leadership style, organizational climate of schools and administrators’ morale were positive significant. Suggestions to administration of education, principals of junior high schools and the ones who are willing to devote further researches are provided. |
