摘要: 摘 要
本研究旨在探討高職教師心靈特質、生命意義感與生命教育態度的關係,研究樣本為台中市、台中縣、彰化縣、南投縣、雲林縣公私立高級職校676位教師,以問卷調查法進行研究,使用描述統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、薛費法事後比較、Pearson 積差相關及多元迴歸分析進行統計分析。
本研究所得結論為:
一、 高職教師之心靈特質與生命意義感良好、且推動生命教育態度為積極的。
二、 高職教師之心靈特質,因學校公私立別、學校所在地區、學校規模之不同,有顯著差異;不因師性別、任教年資、教師職務、任教科目、宗教信仰之不同而有顯著差異。
三、 高職教師之生命意義感,因學校公私立別、任教年資、任教學校地區、學校規模、職務之不同,有顯著差異;不因性別、任教科目、宗教信仰之不同而有顯著差異。
四、 高職教師對推動生命教育態度,因性別、學校公私立別、學校地區、學校規模之不同有顯著差異;不因年資、職務、任教科目、宗教信仰之不同而有顯著差異。
五、 高職教師之心靈特質與推動生命教育的態度有顯著的正相關;其生命意義感與推動生命教育的態度有顯著的正相關。且心靈特質與生命意義感,對推動生命教育的態度有顯著的預測力。

根據以上研究發現,提出的一般性建議有:(一)師資培訓的課程,應加強相關生命教育領域的學科,以強化未來教師的心靈特質與生命意義感;(二)教育行政單位應編輯生命教育教材,並將生命教育推廣成效列為學校評鑑項目;(三)建議校長鼓勵教師參與學校決策事務與師生間共同性活動,擴大教師的生活層面,提升教師的生命價值。對未來研究者的建議有:(一)探討其他相關教師推動生命教育態度的中介變項;(二)應用質性研究,以獲致高職教師推動生命教育態度更完整的訊息。

A Study Among Spiritual nature,Meaning of Life and Attitudes toward Life Education of Vocational High School Teachers

Abstract
The purpose of the study was to explore the relationships among spiritual nature, meaning of life, and attitudes toward life education of vocational high school teachers. A sample of 676 teachers, randomly selected from vocational high schools in central Taiwan, responded to questionnaires. The statistical methods used to analyze the data were descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis.
The conclusions of this study were summarized as follows:
1. The spiritual nature, meaning of life and attitudes toward life education of vocational high school teachers were positive.
2. There were significant differences in vocational high school teachers’ spiritual nature based on their schools’ classification, location and scale. No significant differences were found in vocational high school teachers’ spiritual nature concerning these teachers’ sex, seniority, working position, teaching subject and religion.
3. There were significant differences in vocational high school teachers’ meaning of life based on their schools’ classification, location, scale and these teachers’ seniority and working position. No significant differences were found in vocational high school teachers’ meaning of life concerning these teachers’ sex, teaching subject and religion.
4. There were significant differences in high vocational school teachers’ attitudes towrd life education based on these teachers’sex and their schools’ classification, location and size of school. No significant differences were found in vocational high school teachers’ attitudes toward life education concerning these teachers’ seniority, working position, teaching subject and religion.
5. There was significant correlation between vocational high school teachers’ spiritual nature and attitudes toward life education. And correlation between vocational high school teachers’ meaning of life and attitudes toward life education was significant. Additionally, spiritual nature and meaning of life were significant predictors for their attitudes toward life education.

According to the research findings above, some common suggestions are put forward:
1. More subjects concerning life education should be added into the curricula for teacher training to strengthen the spiritual quality and meaning of life of teachers in the future.
2. Educational administrations should collect more teaching materials for life education and make the enforcement of life education one of items for school evaluation.
3. School principals should encourage teachers to take part in affairs concerning school management and activities for both teachers and students so as to enrich their lives.
Suggestions for the coming researchers are:
1. The exploration of other medium variable regarding teacher’ enforcement of life education.
2. The application of quality research to the collect more information about vocational high school teachers’ attitudes towards the enforcement of life education.
