摘要: 本研究旨在瞭解台中市國民中學導師之導師信念與班級氣氛之關係,主要的研究目的為:
一、探討目前國民中學導師信念之現況。
二、探討目前國民中學導師對班級氣氛經營的現況。
三、比較不同性別、任教年資、學歷、學校規模的國民中學導師之導師信念與班級氣氛上的差異。
四、探討國民中學導師信念與班級氣氛之關係。
五、探討國民中學導師不同性別變項及導師信念在班級氣氛方面之差異情形。
六、探討國民中學導師在不同性別、任教年資、學歷、學校規模及導師信念方面對班級氣氛之預測情形。
本研究採問卷調查法,以台中市立國民中學導師共301位為研究對象,以「國民中學導師信念量表」及「國民中學班級氣氛量表」為研究工具,並以描述性統計分析、t檢定、單因子變異數分折、皮爾遜積差相關及多元逐步迴歸分析等方法進行統計處理,研究結果如下:
一、台中市國民中學導師在「班級氣氛」經營上有中上程度的表現。
二、台中市國中導師之導師職責信念會因導師任教年資不同而有顯著差異
三、台中市國民中學導師之威權管理信念會因導師學校規模不同而有顯著差異。
四、台中市國民中學導師在班級氣氛之工作和學習的投入方面,會因任教年資不同而有顯著差異。
五、台中市國民中學導師之導師職責信念與班級氣氛達顯著正相關。
六、台中市國民中學導師之開明領導信念與班級氣氛達顯著正相關。
七、台中市國民中學導師的開明領導信念對班級氣氛最具有預測力。
本研究最後根據研究結果提出建議,以供國民中學導師、學校行政單位、師資培育機構、教育行政單位及後續研究者之參考。
The study is focused on the relationship between junior high school homeroom teachers’ belief in Taichung City and their classroom climate. The main purposes are :
l. To explore the state of the junior high school homeroom teachers’ belief.
2. To explore the state of classroom climate management of junior high school homeroom teachers.
3.To compare the differences of junior high school homeroom teachers’ belief with the classroom climate among gender, teaching experiences, academic training, and school sizes.
4.To explore the correlation between junior high school homeroom teachers’ belief and classroom climate.
5. To compare the differences of classroom climate about gender and homeroom teachers’ belief
6.To analyze the predictions of junior high school homeroom teachers’ gender, teaching experiences, academic training, school sizes, and homeroom teachers’ belief to their classroom climate.
The research adopts questionnaires collected from 301 junior high school homeroom teachers in Taichung City. The tools of research include “Scale of Junior High School Homeroom Teachers’ Belief” and “Scale of Junior High Schools’ Classroom Climate”. The data was analyzed by the statistic methods, such as descriptive statistic, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and multiple stepwise regression analysis. The conclusions are as follows.
1.Junior high school homeroom teachers in Taichung City have above-average performance in terms of classroom climate management.
2.There are distinctive differences in“homeroom-charge belief”of junior high school homeroom teachers in Taichung City according to their different teaching experiences.
3.There are distinctive differences in“authority-management belief”of junior high school homeroom teachers in Taichung City according to their school sizes.
4.There are distinctive differences in“participation in work and leaning”of classroom climate of junior high school homeroom teachers in Taichung City according to their teaching experiences.
5.There are positive correlations between“homeroom-charge belief”and classroom climate of junior high school in Taichung City.
6.There are positive correlations between“open-minded leadership belief”and classroom climate of junior high school in Taichung City.
7.The“open-minded leadership belief”of junior high school homeroom teachers in Taichung City has the highest prediction for holistic classroom climate.
The research can be concluded to provide some suggestions for further research about school administration, educational administration, institutions of teacher preparation, junior high school homeroom teachers and researchers afterwards.
