本研究旨在探討台中縣國民中學教育行政人員對性別平等教育認知之態度。採用問卷調查法，以台中縣立國民中學與縣立完全中學國中部為調查對象，其母群為：山線地區18所、海線地區18所、屯區地區15所，(完全中學5所、一般國中41所、偏遠國中5所) 。以區域學校數，經分層隨機抽樣抽出：山線11所、海線11所、屯區10所國民中學或完全中學國中部為調查對象。
本研究結果發現台中縣國民中學教育行政人員對性別平等教育認知之態度，整體及各層面的現況尚屬良好。但在「獎懲態度」、「認知態度」層面所得平均分數稍嫌較低。
研究結果發現：
1、性別方面：性別平等教育認知方面，女性行政人員在整體表現均優於男性行政人員。
2、年齡方面：30歲以下組行政人員，整體表現均優於41歲以上組。
3、職別方面：輔導室人員，整體表現優於其他處室人員。
4、行政年資方面：五年以下組優於五年以上組；但在性別平等委員會運作認知方面，五年以上組人員優於五年以下組。
5、專業訓練方面：訓練時間一週以上組，整體表現均優於一週之內組。
6、教育背景方面：行政人員師範體系畢業優於一般大學院校畢業。
7、學校規模：39班以下組優於40班以上組。
8、學校所在區域：山線、海線、屯區並無差異

The purpose of this study aims to discuss the attitudes toward Equal-Sexual Educational Cognition among administrative staff in junior high school in Taichung County. Questionnaire survey was adapted. Junior high schools and complete junior high schools in Taichung County were investigated. There are 18 in mountain area, 18 in sea area and 15 in suburb area. （That is, 5 complete junior high, 41 junior high and 5 rural junior high.）Then 11 in mountain area, 11 in sea area and 10 in suburb were targeted.
The result of the study indicates that the status quo is good as a whole, but “Punish Attitudes” and “Cognitive Attitudes” are kind of low on the average.
The findings are as following:
1. Overall, female are superior to male.
2. The staffs under 30 years old are superior to the age over 41.
3. The staffs in counseling office are better than the others.
4. The staffs with over five-year administration seniorities are inferior, but they have more sense of the work in equal-sexual committee.
5. The staffs with over one-week training performance are better than below 7 days.
6. The background from normal education system is superior to that from general colleges or universities.
7. The school size below 39 classes is better than that over 40 classes.
8. There’s no difference in school location.
