Abstract: 本研究旨在探討雲林縣國民中學教師實施性別平等教育現況及不同環境背景變項國中教師對性別平等教育實施差異情形,最後根據研究發現提出具體建議,供教育行政機關、學校、教師以及未來研究的參考。

The main purpose of this study was to explore the current situation of gender equity education brought into force in junior high school in Yunlin County.
The research tool of this study adopted “A Questionnaire of Gender Equity Education Brought into force in Yunlin County ”made by the author. A total of 300 questionnaires were sampled purposively, and 252 copies of them were valid.
In order to achieve research objectives. The statistical methods used to analyze the data were descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe method. Some conclusions of this study were found as follows:
1. In general, the current situation of gender equity education brought into
force for teachers in junior high school presented upper degree.
2. The emphasis and teacher education of gender equity education in terms of “ school scale” and “public or private school” statistically showed no significant differences. As for ” school region” and “current position” showed significant differences.
3. The teaching method and the curriculum design and planning of gender equity education in terms of “school scale” and “school region” showed no significant differences. As for “current position” and “public or private school” showed significant differences.
4.The dilemmas confronted by all different variables in junior high school toward implementing gender equity education showed some differences and so were the resolutions dealt with to the dilemmas.
Based on the findings, this study made suggestions for the educational administrative agencies、schools、teachers and the future study.
