摘要: 本研究旨在探討中部四縣市(台中縣市、彰化縣、南投縣)國民小學的家長參與與學生學校適應之關係。本研究採問卷調查法;以中部四縣市788位國小學生為研究對象;主要研究工具包括「家長參與量表」與「學校適應量表」;採描述統計、單因子多變量變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、典型相關、階層多元迴歸分析等統計方法分析資料。茲將本研究結論歸納如下:

一、國小學生知覺家長參與最常表現教導與增強行為,其次依序是鼓
  勵行為與示範行為。
二、國小學生學校適應以同儕關係最佳,其次依序是合作性參與、學
  習態度與師生關係。
三、國小學生之家長參與因性別、年級、家庭社經地位而有顯著差異。
四、國小學生之學校適應因性別、年級、家庭社經地位而有顯著差異。
五、國小學生知覺家長參與程度愈高,其學校適應情況愈佳。
六、國小學生的背景變項及家長參與對學校適應具有預測作用。
The main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship of parent involvement and students’ school adjustment among elementary school students in the central area of Taiwan. A total of 788 students responded to a set of instruments, including the Parent Involvement Scale and the School Adjustment Scale. The survey data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, one-way MANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, canonical correction, and hierarchical multiple regression. The results were as follows:

1.The students perceived highest degree of parent instruction and reinforcement and lowest degree of parent modeling among the three dimensions of parent involvement.
2.The students had highest mean score on peer relationship and lowest score on teacher-student relationship among the four dimensions of school adjustment.
3.The students’ perceptions of parent involvement were affected by their gender, grade level, and family socio-economic status.
4.The students’ school adjustment was affected by their gender, grade level, and family socio-economic status.
5.The higher degree of students’ perceptions of parent involvement, the better their school adjustment was.
6.The students’ background variables and perceptions of parent involvement could significantly predict their school adjustment.
