摘要: 摘 要
本研究主要目的乃以參與試辦「教師專業發展評鑑」方案的全國國民中學為對象,探討教師專業發展評鑑推動與學校效能之關係之情況進行分析,以作為教師專業成長及提昇學校績效的參考。
本研究所採的研究方法是文獻分析法及問卷調查法。依據研究動機與目的、研究問題和文獻探討,提出本研究的研究架構,經問卷調查後進行各向度之差異性及關聯性之分析,結論如下。
一、試辦學校參與試辦「教師專業發展評鑑表現」的老師對學校的作為皆表達滿意的態度。
二、試辦學校試辦「教師專業發展評鑑表現」的老師讚成試辦教師專
業發展學校有提昇學校效能的效果
三、不同性別對試辦教師專業發展評鑑學校情形沒有顯著性,亦即對試辦教師專業發展評鑑學校情形看法是一致的。但在學校效能上卻有顯著差異存在。
四、不同背景變項(年齡、職務、年資、學校地區) 與「教師專業發展評鑑」現況表現有顯著關聯性。
五、不同背景變項(年齡、職務、年資、學校規模、學校地區、學校歷史) 與學校效能有顯著關聯性。
六、國中試辦「教師專業發展評鑑」表現與學校效能有顯著關聯性存
在及預測作用。
Abstract
The main purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between the assessment of the teacher’s professional development and the effectiveness and the performance growth of those middle schools which joint the project of the national professional assessment and evaluation for the middle school teacher. These national middle schools were the main object of this study. The result of this study could be used as a valuable reference and guidance for raising the achievement and the performance of the middle schools education and for promoting the professional (career) growth for their teachers.
The techniques used in this research institute were the analytic method of literature and the law of questionnaire survey. The outline and structure of this research was based on the research goal, the research motivation, the research issues and the corresponding literature discussion. After analyzing the proposed questionnaire survey to the national middle schools, one lists the conclusions of this research below.

1. In those schools which perform the assessment of teacher’s professional development, teachers had shown their manner of satisfactory and support to their school on this event. The assessment of teacher’s professional progress and development did not cause negative response from teachers.
2. In those schools which perform the assessment of teacher’s professional development, teachers agreed that this evaluation could improve the efficiency and performance of school education and could benefit the future development of school.
3. The views and responses from male and female teachers on the assessment of teacher’s professional development were very similar and had no significant difference, But, on the effectiveness and performance of the school education weren’t these similar and had significant difference.
4. The evaluation of teacher’s professional development shows that teacher’s current performance highly depends on several different backgrounds of teachers. These backgrounds of teachers were (1) Ages (2) duty (3) years of service and (4) the location of school district
5. The efficiency and performance of school education highly depends on the following factors: (1) ages of teachers (2) years of teacher’s service in school (2) duty of teacher (3) school scale (4) school location and (5) school history.
6. The assessment of teacher’s professional development in junior high school did show the clearly dependence on the effectiveness and performance of the school education. The result of this assessment could be used as guidance and forecast on the development of school education in the future.
