摘要: 本研究之主旨,在探討國民中學校長願景領導之現況。首先藉由文獻分析,探討理論基礎及相關研究;其次由問卷調查瞭解國民中學校長願景領導之現況。綜合文獻分析、問卷調查之統計考驗分析,作成結論,並提出建議,期能提供教育行政機關、國民中學校長、國民行政人員及未來研究之參考。所得資料以SPSS for Windows 12.0執行,以描述統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析等統計方法加以處理。
根據資料分析,本研究獲致的結論如下:
一、國中教師對校長運用願景領導現況的知覺屬於「中上」程度,以「明確領導」層面最佳。
二、國中教師知覺校長願景領導的類型,以第九類型(自我實現型)為最多,占64.66% 。
三、男教師及服務年資21-25年、兼行政教師、學校規模13-24班、及市區的國中教師,在校長願景領導感受程度較佳。
四、在校長願景領導「創意領導」與「授權領導」層面上,國中教師知覺年齡在四十歲以下的校長比年齡41-50歲或51歲以上的校長表現較優。
五、在校長願景領導「文化領導」層面上,市區國中教師的知覺較鄉鎮及偏遠地區的教師高。
六、在校長願景領導「創意領導」與「自信領導」層面上,北部國中教師的知覺較中部的教師高。
根據以上結論,本研究對教育行政機關、國民中學校長、國民中學行政人員以及未來研究者提出建議。
The purpose of this study was to explore the present situations of the junior school principals’ visionary leadership and analyze varied conditions caused by the individual variables of teachers and the contextual variables of schools. The subjects of the research were the teachers in secondary schools in Taiwan. The questionnaire titled as “ The Questionnaire of the Investigation about the Principals’ Visionary Leadership of the Junior High School” was designed and used to conduct the investigation. The questionnaires surveyed 1275 subjects and 1064 samples were collected, which gives a collection rate of 83.45%. Data were analyzed through descriptive statistics, t-test, and One-Way ANOVA. The major results of this research were as followers:
1.The visionary leadership of the principals in Secondary in Taiwan area belong to in average-to-high extent and the sense to the dimension of the “ clear leadersip” is relatively highest.
2.Most of the principals in Secondary in Taiwan area belong to the ninth type, the self-fulfillment type, accounts for 64.66%.
3.The degree of the sense of the comprehensive principal’s visionary leadership will be affected by the present positions, sex, service seniority of teachers and the scales of schools. The male, administrative teachers whose service seniority ranges from 21-25 years and the scales of school ranges from 13-24 classes will generally have higher consciousness to the comprehensive principals’ visionary leadership.
4.The sense to the dimension of the “ creative leadersip” and “ empowered leadersip” will be affected by the ages of principals. The teachers perceive that the principals whose ages below 41 years old will have more creative and empoweredful.
5.The sense to the dimension of the “ culture leadersip” will be affected by the locations of school. “ Those teachers who serve in urban area will have higher degree of the sense to the comprehensive principals’ visionary leadership than those who serve in towns and back country.
6.The sense to the dimension of the “creative leadersip” and “ confident leadersip” will be affected by the locations of school. Those teachers who serve in the north area of Taiwan will have higher degree of the sense to the comprehensive principals’ visionary leadership than those who serve in the central area of Taiwan.
According to the above results, this study gives some suggestions to educational administration systems, junior high school principals, and future research.
