Abstract: 本研究旨在探討國中生領導者角色知覺與領導技能之關係。主要研究的目的有四項:一、瞭解國中生領導者角色知覺與領導技能之現況及傾向。二、探討不同背景變項對國中生領導者角色知覺與領導技能之差異情形。三、分析國中生領導者角色知覺與領導技能之間的相關情形。四、分析國中生領導者角色知覺與領導技能間的典型相關情形。
本研究利用問卷調查法,採取研究者自編「國中生領導者角色知覺與領導技能問卷」為工具,以中部地區台中縣、台中市、彰化縣與南投縣四縣市分層立意挑選之普通國中學生512人為研究對象。所蒐集資料以描述統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、及典型相關分析等方法進行統計分析。
本研究之主要發現如下:
1、國中領導者角色知覺現況,屬於中上(平均大於2.5分)良好程度。其中以「社會期許」角色知覺度最高,而「特質」角色知覺度最低。
2、國中領導技能現況,屬於中上(平均大於2.5分)良好程度。其中以「溝通」技能最高,而「計畫」技能最低。
3、國中生領導者角色知覺,因學校所在縣市、性別、目前職務狀況、參與競賽與否不同,而有顯著差異。
4、國中生領導者技能,因學校所在縣市、性別、目前職務狀況、參與競賽與否不同,而有顯著差異。
5、國中生領導者角色知覺與領導技能各層面之間,有顯著正相關。

最後,根據研究結果,提出結論與建議,供教育相關人員、學校有關單位與學生及未來研究者之參考。

A Study on the Relationship among Leader Role Perception
and Student Leadership Skill of Junior High Schools

Abstract
The main purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among junior high school students’ leader role perception and student leadership skill.
In order to achieving research objectives, the study employed questionnaire survey method to collect the research data. Samples drawn from Taichung county, Taichung city, Nantou county and Changhua county, included 512 students of junior high schools. Data were analyzed by
descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's product-moment correlation, and canonical correlation analysis methods.
According to the result of material analysis, conclusions of this study were as follows:
1. The junior high school student leader role perception was above average 2.5 score . It was performed well at social desirability role perception, but
poorly at attribute role perception.
2. The junior high school student leadership skill was above average 2.5 score. It was performed well at the communication skills, but poorly at planning skills.
3. There were significant differences within school location, students’ gender, leading role and participates in the competition in the junior high schools student leader role perception.
4. There were significant differences within school location, students’ gender, leading role and participates in the competition in the junior high schools
student leadership skill.
5. There was a positive correlation between the junior high school student leader role perception and student leadership skill.
Based on above findings, this study proposed some concrete suggestions to the educational and school administrators, students, and educational authorities.
