| 摘要: | 台中市國中學生的完美主義與憂鬱情緒之關係研究
摘要
本研究旨在探討台中市國中學生的完美主義與憂鬱情緒之關係。 為達研究目的，本研究採用問卷調查法，以台中市國中1027名學生為研究樣本；研究工具包括基本資料表、多面向完美主義量表以及青少年憂鬱情緒自我檢視表；所得資料採用描述性統計分析、 t檢定、單因子變異數分析、積差相關及逐步多元迴歸等方法進行統計分析。
本研究獲得如下結論：
一、台中市國中學生有時會展現完美主義的傾向。
二、台中市國中學生在憂鬱情緒上屬於「需關懷群」。
三、女生在完美主義的自我要求及過度在意錯誤程度高於男生，而男生在父母標準及對他人的要求的程度高於女生。
四、女生的憂鬱情緒較男生明顯。
五、國一學生在完美主義的自我要求程度最高，而國三學生過度在意錯誤以及對他人要求的程度最高。
六、國三學生的憂鬱情緒最明顯。
七、國中學生在完美主義的過度在意錯誤、父母標準、對他人的要求程度越高，則其憂鬱情緒越明顯。
八、國中學生在完美主義的自我要求程度越高，則其憂鬱情緒越不明顯。
九、國中學生的背景變項及完美主義對於憂鬱情緒具有預測作用。
The Relationship of Perfectionism to Depressive Mood among Junior High School Students in Taichung City
ABSTRACT
This study aimed to investigate the relationship of perfectionism to depressive mood among junior high school students. A sample of 1027 junior high school students in Taichung City participated this study. A set of instruments used in the study, including the Personal Information form, the Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale, and the Adolescent Depressive Mood Self-Evaluation Checklist. The data were analyzed by means of descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, and stepwise multiple regression.
The findings showed that the students sometimes had the tendency of perfectionism and they were of a “care needed group” in terms of depressive mood. Female students’ perfectionism and depressive mood differed from those of male students. The students differed in perfectionism and depressive mood in terms of their grade levels. While three of the four dimensions of perfectionism correlated positively with depressive mood, the remaining dimension of perfectionism, self demand, correlated negatively with depressive mood. The students’ background variables and perfectionism served as predictors for their depressive mood. |
