摘要: 本研究旨在運用後設分析法與質性統合分析法探究性教育教學效果與影響因素,主要搜尋1990-2009年性教育教學文獻資料,經過資料篩選後納入104篇的文獻,其中95篇為量化後設分析,13篇為質性統合分析(有4篇同時包含量化與質性分析資料)。
本研究的結論分為性教育教學效果及其影響因素兩部份。就性教育教學效果而言,性教育教學的整體效果屬於中等程度;分層面效果中以認知層面效果最大,達中至高等程度,情意與行為層面效果達低至中等程度。就性教育教學效果的影響因素而言,不同文件特徵性教育教學效果達中至高等程度,以國小階段、中文論文、博碩士論文等的教學效果較高;不同介入特徵性教育教學效果達中等程度,以貞潔加上避孕的教育方案、健康專家或護士(含研究者)為教學者、以及教學時數?500分鐘的教學效果較高;父母、朋友、醫生、宗教、學校、媒體、書籍以及社會觀點等因素影響學生的先備性態度,進而影響性教育教學效果;受試者認為沒有愛也可以有性、性是以男方主導、性關係是無法掌握、以及認為可以自主決定性關係的觀念等因素會影響學生的先備性行為,進而影響性教育教學效果;教學策略、教學態度、教材、教師個人特質、以及班級學生性別組成等因素影響教師教學效果;同儕教育者感受的角色壓力、知識與經驗的不足、以及同儕教育者的相似性等因素影響同儕教育者的教學效果。
The purpose of this study was to explore the effects and impact factors of sexuality education programs for studernts. The methods applied in this study included meta-analysis and qualitative synthesis analysis. I collected 104 papers on sexuality education which were published in the1990- 2009 period, including 95 papers used for meta-analysis and 13 used for qualitative synthesis analysis (4 of them used for both analyses) .
The results of this study comprised two parts. Regarding the effects of sexuality education programs, the instant effect and delayed effects were both at medium level as a whole. Moreover, the cognitive dimension of the program effects reached medium to high level and are larger than those of the affective and behavioral dimensions. Regarding the impact factors of the effects of sexuality education programs, the impact of document characteristics on the effects of sexuality education programs reached medium to high level and the impact of intervention characteristics on the effects of sexuality education programs reached medium level. Moreover, parents, friends, doctors, religion, schools, media, books and general public opinions affected students’ early sexual attitudes, and then affected the effects of sexuality education programs. The ideas of sex without love, male domination, lack of control and preparation for the sexual relationship, advocate for self-determination on sexual relationships affected students’ early sexual behavior, and then affected the effects of sexuality education programs. Besides, teaching strategy, teaching attitude, teaching materials, teachers’ personality, and the gender composition of students in the class affected teachers’ teaching effects. Finally, the role pressure, the insufficiency of knowledge and experience, and the similar background of peer educators affected their teaching effects.
