摘要: 本研究旨在探討中部三縣市國民中學教師知覺校長願景領導與學校效能的關係。首先,透過蒐集與分析相關文獻,以建立研究架構,並提出研究假設;其次,以中部三縣市880名公立國民中學教師為研究對象,透過問卷調查法蒐集實徵資料-回收807份有效問卷,並使用統計軟體SPSS for Windows 14.0針對所蒐集獲得的資料進行描述性統計分析、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、典型相關分析及多元迴歸分析來進行統計分析,獲致如下之結論:
一、 國中中學教師知覺校長願景領導與學校效能現況屬於中等程度以上。
二、在願景領導方面,研究發現:
1.不同背景變項之性別、擔任職務、服務年資以及學校地區在領導行為層面有顯著差異。
2.不同背景變項之性別、擔任職務、服務年資以及學校地區在領導特性層面有顯著差異。
3.不同背景變項之性別、年齡、教育程度、擔任職務與學校地區在建構組織文化層面有顯著差異。
三、在學校效能方面,研究發現:
1.不同背景變項之性別、年齡、擔任職務在行政管理層面有顯著差異。
2.不同背景變項之性別、年齡、擔任職務在課程教學層面有顯著差異。
3.不同背景變項之性別、擔任職務與學校規模在學生表現層面有顯著差異。
4.不同背景變項之年齡、擔任職務與學校規模在學校文化層面有顯著差異。
5.不同背景變項之性別、擔任職務、學校規模與學校地區在公共關係層面有顯著差異。
四、國民中學校長願景領導與學校效能具有顯著相關。
五、國民中學教師知覺校長願景領導對學校效能有顯著預測力。
根據以上研究結果,提出各項建議,供教育行政機關、國民中學校長及未來研究者參考。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the perception toward the relationship between the principal’s visionary leadership and school effectiveness of junior high school teachers in central Taiwan, including Taichung County, Taichung City, and Changhua County. By statified cluster sampling, a total of 880 teachers were selected to participate in the study. The data collected(807pieces) was analyzed by applying descriptive statistics, t test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, canonical correlation and multiple regression analysis.
The major findings of this study were summarized as follows:
1. Junior high school teachers’ perception toward principal’s visionary leadership and school effectiveness was higher than average level.
2. There were significant differences among the perception of teachers with different sexes and job positions toward principal’s visionary leadership. Within all, male teachers’ perception was higher than females’ and the perception of teachers with additional administrative jobs was higher than teachers without administrative jobs.
3. There was a significant difference among the perception of teachers with different job positions toward the school effectiveness. Within all, the perception of teachers with additional administrative jobs was higher than teachers without administrative jobs.
4. There was a significant positive correlation between principal’s visionary leadership and school effectiveness.
5. There was a significant predictability for school effectiveness based on principal’s visionary leadership.
According to the findings above, some suggestions for educational administrative agencies, junior high school principals, and recommendations for further studies were offered
