本研究旨在探討「國民中學智育領導內涵探究及其教育指標建構之研究」,並希望研究結果有助國民中學推動智育領導工作參考。
為達研究目的,本研究從文獻探討、焦點訪談及專家問卷調查等方法進行研究。本研究首先探討國內外相關文獻,針對研究主題,進行第一次的焦點團體訪談,此次焦點團體訪談與會成員計國中教師11人,其中包括主任4人、組長4人、導師3人,請與會成員根據個人實務經驗,分別就智育概念、智育領導意涵等進行自由闡述,彙整訪談紀錄並結合文獻探討所得之資料,發展第二次焦點團體訪談題綱後,進行第二次焦點團體訪談,此次焦點團體訪談成員計有國民中學現任校長5人,由出席校長針對國民中學智育領導層面,從領導的實務面上提供開放性建議,綜合文獻資料及兩次焦點訪談結果,發展「國民中學智育領導教育指標層面及指標建構之專家效度問卷」,並經由6位學者專家進行內容效度檢驗。
經由上述的研究歷程,本研究發現國民中學智育領導層面包含學業智育、創造智育、社會智育及實用智育四大層面;其中學業智育領導有10個教育指標、創造智育領導有11個教育指標、社會智育領導有10個指標、實用智育領導有11個指標。

Abstract
This study is intended to explore the content of intelligence education leadership at junior high school and the construction of the related educational indicators. The result of the study is expected to be of future use as reference for promoting intelligence education leadership at junior high school.
In order to achieve the aims of the study, the process of the research involves literature exploration, followed by interviews with focus groups, and finally with expert-valid questionnaire survey incorporated.
The study begins with exploring relevant literature available both at home and abroad, which is followed by a first-time interview on the subject matter of the study with focus groups. The focus groups for this stage of interview include eleven junior high school teachers, among whom four take the position of division director, four of group leader, and three of homeroom teacher. Based on individual practical experience, the interviewees freely express their ideas respectively about intelligence education and intelligence education leadership. The information secured from the interviews is combined with the findings of literature exploration to develop an outline of questions for a second-time interviews with focus groups.
The second-time interviews are carried out with the help of five principals currently working at junior high schools. Aiming at different aspects of intelligence education leadership, the principals offer open suggestions relating to the practice of the subject in question.
The results of the two interview sessions and the findings of literature exploration are combined to develop an “expert-valid questionnaire on the levels and construction of intelligence education leadership indicators at junior high school.” The contents of this questionnaire are validated by six scholars and experts.
Through the research process stated above, the study suggests that intelligence education leadership at junior high school includes four levels, namely, academic level, creative level, social level, and practical level. Under the academic level are 10 educational indicators, under the creative level 11, under the social level 10, and under the practical level 11.
