Abstract: 本研究旨在探討勞育領導內涵及建構「國民中學勞育領導之指標」,以提供學校或教育主管機關參考,俾利於學校自評或接受地方政府視導,並促進學校勞動教育之發展。
為達上述研究目的,本研究以文獻探討、焦點團體訪談及專家效度問卷為主要研究方法,以此來探究勞育領導內涵及其指標之建構。
透過國內外相關文獻的探討、二次焦點團體訪談與一次專家效度問卷的研究分析結果,研究者編製出一「國民中學勞育領導教育層面及指標建構」之問卷,其內容上包含:
一、 發展學校勞動教育核心德目
二、 訂定學校勞動教育組織與計畫
三、 建立學校勞動教育行政支援體系
四、 提升教師實施勞動教育的專業知能
五、 規劃學校勞動教育課程與活動
六、 營造學校勞動教育學習環境
七、 整合學校勞動教育學習資源
八、 建構學校勞動教育評鑑與回饋機制
此外,就上述八個指標層面,並細分出48個指標項目。
最後根據研究結果,對教育行政機關、學校及從事相關研究者提出建議,以供後續研究者參考。

A Study of the Content of Labor Education Leadership in Junior High Schools and the Construction of Educational Indicators

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to explore the content of labor education leadership and the construction of educational indicators in junior high schools to offer schools and education authorities for references. Moreover, it would also promote the development of labor education in schools.
To achieve the aim mentioned above, this research was implemented by the references, focus group interview, and questionnaires of expert's validity.
Through related literature review, analysis of two focus group interviews, and questionnaires of expert's validity, the researcher constructed the indicators of labor education in junior high schools as followed:
1. Developing schools’ nucleus merits of labor education;
2. Establishing organizations and plans for labor education;
3. Establishing administration support system for labor education;
4. Promoting teachers’ professional knowledge in implementing labor education;
5. Planning the curriculum and activities of labor education;
6. Creating learning environment for labor education;
7. Integrating the learning resources for labor education;
8. Constructing an evaluation and feedback mechanism for labor education;
Besides the eight indicators, these perspectives then could be subdivided into forty-eight items.
According to the conclusions, the advices were provided for the education authorities, schools, and researches for the future.
