摘要: Shulman (1987)指出一位教師所應具備的專業知識包含下列七種:(1)學科內容知識;(2)一般教學知識;(3)課程知識;(4)學科教學知識;(5)對學習者的了解;(6)有關教育目標的知識;(7)對教育環境的知識。現今師資培育機構林立,具有合格教師資格的準體育教師們比比皆是,然而其中有多少體育教師是具有足夠的專業教學能力呢?本文目的在於探討一位體育教師究竟需要具備哪些專業教學能力,才足以因應職場的需求與挑戰?透過文獻分析的方式,筆者歸納出一個合格的體育教師應具備的專業教學能力大約有以下幾項:(1)課程設計的能力;(2)課室管理的能力;(3)運動技能示範的能力;(4)善用教學媒體的能力;(5)維護學生安全的能力;(6)處理行政事務的能力;(7)多元評量的能力;(8)行動研究的能力;(9)具有積極鼓舞的態度與活力!希冀藉由本文的結果能供準體育教師們準備教師甄試或現職體育教師們提升自我能力之參考。
Shulman (1987) points out that a teacher should have includes following 7 the professional knowledge: (1) content knowledge; (2) general pedagogical knowledge; (3) Curriculum knowledge; (4) pedagogical content knowledge; (5) knowledge of learners; (6) knowledge of educational aims; (7) knowledge of educational context. The teachers grows organization to stand up like a forest and t rains many quasi--physical-educational (PE) teachers who have qualified teacher's qualifications. However, there are how many physical educational (PE) teachers to have enough pedagogical content knowledge (P.C.K.)? The purpose of this text inquiring into that a PE teacher actually needs to be had which professional teaching abilities. Could he (or she) be good enough to respond the need and challenge of the job field? Through the way of cultural heritage analysis, the writer induces the professional teaching ability that a qualified athletics teacher should have to about have several item as follows: (1) The ability of curriculum design; (2) The ability of class management; (3) The ability of exercise technical demonstration; (4) The ability of using instruct ional media; (5) Safeguard student's security; (6) The ability of administrative affairs; (7) The ability of diverse evaluation; (8) The ability of research; (9) The attitude and vitality had to actively encourage! Crave for by textual result can provide to make the teachers to prepare a teacher tryout or enrich ability to make reference!
