Title: 八週專項訓練對於輕艇選手體脂肪與血漿瘦身蛋白的影響
Influence of Eight-Weeks Training on Body Fat and Plasma Leptin Level of Canoe/Kayak Athletes

Abstract: 目的:輕艇訓練中必須著重選手無氧能力與耐力的提升以增進表現,因此強度大、時間長的訓練有其必要。只是,訓練過度常容易造成選手的消耗而影響表現。本研究針對輕艇運動員,觀察8週集訓期間選手身體組成及血液中瘦身蛋白的變化,以提供生理生化的評估數據作為將來教練規劃訓練內容之參考。方法:研究對象為21位台中市男性輕艇隊運動員(平均18.4歲),在8週的專項集中訓練期間,分別於前一週、第四週以及第八週進行測量,包括身體組成分析、血液瘦身蛋白濃度、以及利用藥球擲遠距離評估上半身肌力表現。結果:受試者體脂肪百分比與血液瘦身蛋白濃度有顯著正相關,訓練前、訓練第四週及訓練第八週的相關條數分別為r=0.65、r =0.80、r =0.53。選手在訓練前、訓練第四週及訓練 第八週的體脂肪百分比沒有顯著變化,分別為14.95±5.78%、14.。但6.14%、14.90±5.56%。血液瘦身蛋白濃度微幅下降但未達顯著,分別為4.47±3.31、4.31±1.54、3.73±2.49mg/ml。藥球投擲距離有顯著的進步, 分別為6.89±1.48、7.56±1.73、8.1±1.77m。結論:此一為期8週的輕艇專項訓練對於選手並未造成過大的壓力與負擔,而且還手上半身力量明顯增加。根據本研究結果,未來類似輕艇的專項訓練強度還有提高的空間,以求選手成績表現的提升。
For canoe/kayak athletes, excellent anaerobic power and endurance are critical for their perfonnance. Highly intensive and long-lasting exercises hence are common in canoe training. However, as the training intensity and volume increase, over-training should be noticed for its detrimental effects on athletes. This study aimed to evaluate the influence of a speciific 8-weeks training on body fat and plasma leptin of canoe athletes and provide physiological and biochemical basis for designing optimal training for this sport. 21 male athletes from Tai-chung City were invited to attend this study. During the training period, three measurements including body composition analysis, plasma leptin and medicine ball throwing were conducted in the week before the beginning, the 4th, and the 8th week, respectively. The data show the percentage of body fat and plasma leptin are positively correlated in each measurement, the correlation factors (r) are 0.65, 0.80, and O.53, respectively. The body fat doesn't change significantly, as the percentage are 14.95±5.78%, 14.09±6.14%, 14.90±5.56%. Plasma leptin slightly decreases but not significantly, the concentration are 4.47±3.31,4.31±1.54, 3.73±2.49 mg/ml. Distance of 3 kg-medicine ball throwing increases significantly, from 6.89±1.48 m, 7.56±1.73 m, to 8.1±1.77 m. The results indicate the highly intensive 8-weeks training didn't exert stress overly on the canoe athletes participated. Moreover, the upper body strength of these athletes improve. Itwould be suggested that this training protocol can be modified by increasing intensity and volume for canoe athletes to achieve better perfonnance.
