Abstract:	由於資訊科技的快速進步與全民健保的推展，醫療資訊系統的開發與建置受到極大的重視。健康中心負責全校的教職員生於校園內健康照護的工作，日常工作極為繁重，為了簡化流程、節省人力及確保醫療行為之正確，健康中心的醫療系統的建置極為迫切。本文旨在建置一個健康中心的醫療系統，希望透過此一系統的建置與使用，能讓健康中心的掛號、門診、病歷管理與意外傷害處理能電腦化，以期藉由資訊科技來改善學校健康中心的門診流程，進而簡化其作業，同時提供學生及教職員良好之服務。
