Abstract:	修憲後立法委員選制採行單一選區制，因此如何進行選區劃分成爲一項重要議題。選區劃分效應除表現在政治、社會及經濟等方面外，對於城鄉發展更具有舉足輕重的影響力。本研究主要的目的在於探究彰化縣選區劃分與城鄉發展之關係，發現選區劃分將造成城鎮的多中心競爭，凸顯城鄉發展的重要性，但亦有可能因激烈競爭而導致城鄉差距拉大的可能性，故本研究認爲選區劃分應立於都會治理觀點，周詳考量選區劃分，建構多中心城鄉分工體系，並成立區域論壇以強化民眾參與機制，藉此形塑城鄉良善的互動並創造永續發展之良機。
