Abstract:	科學教育的目標除了讓學生獲得知識方面理解外，更重要的是要培養獨立思考與解決問題能力的人。在現今考試領導教學的狀況下，評量的策略、內容及方法應該要多元化才能與教學目標對應。教學與評量，猶如一種互為鏡像的關係；在評量的鏡中可以反映出教學目標是否達成，在教學實況中則反映出評量的目標；而評量這面鏡子是否可以確實反應教學目標，則涉及評量的有效性問題。因此，本文就評量本質的演變、評量與教學關係及評量策略的探討等議題，探討評量的重要性與影響力。
