Abstract:	本研究教師群從2001年9月底開始，參與國科會一項以課程統整為主要理念之教學模組的課程發展計劃，設計教學模組期間，教師獲得各方面之專業成長，獲益匪淺，但期間也遇到了許多課程設計、小組合作、資源提供上的問題，本文將分別闡述研究教師群發展出教學模組的歷程、發展出何種面貌之教學模組、試行教學模組時所遭遇之問題與困難以及教師獲得之專業成長。
