Title:	探討一位化學教師對於探究教學的觀點與轉變

Abstract:	本研究為三年期的研究計畫，旨在發展長期的、合作式專業成長計畫，從2004 年9月開始，透過約每兩週舉行一次的專業成長會議，協助教師分享教學經驗、閱讀有關科學探究的文章以及設計探究教學活動，並透過與同儕、有探究教學經驗的教師與大學教授等的專業對話，俾提昇教師對於探究教學的知能。本文主要呈現合作式專業成長團體中，一位化學初任教師對於探究教學的觀點，於會議中進行錄音、錄影，並輔以開放式問卷與半結構式的晤談，以收集個案教師對於探究教學的看法。研究發現個案教師在參與專業成長計畫後，對於探究教學有較完整的了解，且能針對其實施探究教學的影響因素提出解決方法。
