摘要: "「口語表達能力」是現代人基本素養,也是未來關鍵能力之一。現代社會中「表達溝通能力」日顯重要,各行各業都需要口才優秀的人才。溝通大師黑幼龍說:「學會口語表達能力讓你掌握更多機會」。新近108課綱將「語言素養」列為教育重點項目,世界歐盟組織也將「語言溝通」列為公民核心素養之一,重視語言素養能與世界相接軌。然而台灣現行大學少有訓練口語表達之正式課程。本人任教於師範大學,學生未來畢業後需要良好的口語表達能力,因此本課程試圖結合語音學學理與實務應用,教導學生把握語音學核心及應用之道。課程計方向及研究目的有三:
1. 掌握語音學基礎知識:介紹國音學基礎知識、語音規律與變化,掌握語言「聽」與「說」的原理,藉由口語練習矯正學生發音以達「正音」目的。2.加強語言表達能力:訓練學生語言表達能力,設計不同子題如「朗讀」、「朗誦」、「演說」、「辯論」等練習項目,藉由上台加強學生表達能力,日後能展現自信,且能適切推銷自我。 3. 增進語言素養與人文素養:呼應108新課綱中「語言素養」此重點項目,使學生未來進入社會能展現得體的語言修辭藝術與人文素養,能在未來職場或專業領域展現自我,找到自己可以發揮語言長才的一片新天地。"
"""Language Expression"" is the basic literacy of modern people and one of the key abilities in the future. In modern
society, ""language communication skills"" are becoming more and more important. All professions require people
with excellent oral expression, so the communication master He-Yulong pointed out: ""Learn to speak in verbal
language gives you more opportunities."" Furthermore, the new ""National Education Courses Syllabus "" outlines
""Language Literacy"" as one of the key educational projects. The World European Union also lists ""language
communication"" as a core literacy of citizens. Emphasis on language literacy can be integrated with the concept
of the world. However, there are few formal courses on speak training in Taiwanese universities.Since my students
will become teachers after graduating in the future, and they need good oral expression skills, therefore this
course wants to combine the theory and practicality of phonetics to teach students the practical application of
phonetics knowledge. The course is divided into two parts: 1. ""Mastering the Basics of Phonology"": To introduce the knowledge of phonology , discuss the rules and changes of phonetics and master the principles of
""listening"" and ""speaking"". The purpose is to correct the pronunciation of students through oral practice.
2.
""Strengthening the ability of oral expression "": to train students' speaking skills on Mandarin speech, design
different topics exercises such as ""Article Reading"", ""Poetry Recitation"",
""Oral Speech"" and ""Verbal Debate"", etc.
To enable students to know how to show selfconfidence, share experiences and feelings, exchange thoughts and
emotions , and be able to improve himself appropriately in the future.
3. ""Improve language and humanistic
literacy"": This plan echoes the ""linguistic literacy"" educational key project in the 108 new syllabus. The purpose
of which is to cultivate the ability and literacy of teachers' oral expression in the future, let students can better
integrate into society in the future, show decent language rhetoric arts and Humanistic literacy and show himself
in the workplace or professional field ."
