摘要: "本研究旨在透過師培大學與中學合作,優化師資培育,提升師資素養與實踐能力。於111學年度上下學期各開設「教學專業實作」一門,修課人數分別為16人及32人。透過雙師協同教學策略在合作學校進行微型教學並於彰化縣立線西國中進行微型營隊教學實踐;並以行動研究法探究師資生教育專業知能的成長情形,落實實務教學與現場經驗融合。
師資生學習成果方面:每位師資生完成1份主題課程教學教案、1次微教學並撰寫反思紀錄及教學改善計畫、教師履歷自傳1份、教師自我介紹口試實作、師資生駐點教育實踐1次並將所有學習成果彙整學習歷程檔案。
研究成果分析方面:1.彰化師大教務系統之教學意見反應問卷5點量表結果分別為4.82及4.72,學習滿意度佳。2.依據彰化師大教學實踐研究計畫問卷前後測分析,師資生滿意整體課程的內容與教材,學習興趣有所提升,學習經驗感受則是降低。3.研究問卷分析,師資生在教學專業能力及教育專業發展整體表現達顯著進步,在教師專業承諾、社會責任態度各項度均未達顯著差異。
依據研究結果,研究者提出實務建議並說明研究限制及未來研究方向。"
"The objective of this study was to enhance teacher education through a collaboration between ateacher training university and secondary schools, aimed at improving teachers' competencies andpractical skills. During the 111th academic year, a course titled ""Teaching Professional Practice"" wasconducted in both semesters, with 16 and 32 participants respectively. A microteaching approach wasimplemented in partnership schools via co-teaching strategies, and a micro-camp teaching initiativewas undertaken at Changhua County Xianxi Junior High School. An action research method wasutilized to scrutinize the development of educational professionalism and competencies amongteacher trainees, thus incorporating the blend of practical teaching and on-site experience.
Concerning the learning outcomes of teacher trainees, each individual was responsible for thecompletion of a thematic curriculum teaching plan, a microteaching session complemented by a reflective journal and a teaching improvement plan, an autobiographical teaching resume, a self-introduction oral examination, and an on-site educational practicum. These diverse learning outcomeswere then collectively compiled into a comprehensive learning portfolio.
In relation to the research findings, the following insights were gleaned: 1. The feedback survey utilizingChanghua University of Education’s teaching system, operating on a five-point scale, yielded scores of4.82 and 4.72, indicative of elevated satisfaction levels. 2. Based on the pre- and post-test analysisdrawn from a survey concerning Changhua University of Education's teaching practice research project,trainee teachers expressed satisfaction with the holistic course content and materials, demonstrated anupsurge in learning interest, albeit a decrease in learning experience. 3. The research survey analysisrevealed a significant augmentation in the overall performance of trainee teachers concerning teachingprofessionalism and educational development. Nonetheless, no noteworthy differences werediscerned in terms of professional commitment as teachers and attitudes towards social responsibility.
Upon considering the research outcomes, the researchers put forth practical recommendations whileelucidating the study's limitations and suggesting future avenues of research."
