本研究旨在介紹一份中文版諮商員反移情現象測量工具的翻譯與信效度檢驗工作。作者使用五個步驟的反覆翻譯（back translation）過程將英文版「諮商員對當事人情緒態度自評表」（Emotional Attitudes to Client by Therapist Scale）翻譯成中文，調查台灣地區的諮商員有效樣本七十三名，並檢測其效度與信度。以因素分析證驗建構效度的結果指出，中文版量表的題目有71.43與英文版題目的原始因素重疊；Cronbach α值界於.74至.77之間，折半信度係數則為.75。這些數據顯示，中文版「諮商員對當事人情緒態度自評表」在諮商員反移情現象的研究上，具有潛在的應用價值。
The purpose of this study was to develop an appropriate Chinese instrument for measuring counselors' counter transference. By using a5-step back translation procedure, the Ratings of Emotional Attitudesto Client by Therapist Scale (REACT) was translated into Chinese and the validity and reliability of the Chinese REACT were tested as well. Factor analyses showed that 71.43 of the original REACT items were grouped into the same categories as the Chinese version with Taiwan subjects. The estimates of internal consistency of the Chinese REACT by Cronbach's alphas were from .74 to.77. A split-half reliability of .75 was obtained from the scores of the 73 research participants. It was concluded that the Chinese version of the REACT has potential value in applied study.
