Abstract:	企業以專案管理的方式因應環境快速的變動，領導者在專案管理中扮演指引的重要角色，本研究便探討領導者網絡中心性與專案績效的關係。此外，團隊成員相處融洽與否，也將影響專案是否能成功達成目標，因此，本研究便以團隊成員關係品質為干擾變項，探討領導者網絡中心性與專案績效之關係，提出相關命題，以作為後續研究參考。關鍵字：網絡中心性、專案績效、團隊成員關係品質
