Abstract: 摘要
本研究旨在探究台北縣市國中學生家長之家長角色認知、家長效能感與家長參與之間的關係。本研究採用問卷調查法,以台北縣市978名國中學生家長為研究對象;以描述統計、單因子多變量變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、典型相關、及階層多元迴歸分析等方法分析資料。茲將本研究結果歸納如下:
一、 國中學生家長較認同家長應與學校共同合作。
二、 國中學生家長對於在家教導子女較有信心。
三、 國中學生家長從事在家教養的程度最高,參加學校或社區活動次之,協助學校或社區事務的程度最低。
四、 國中學生家長的家長角色認知及家長效能感會因其社經地位不同而有差異。
五、 不同性別及家庭社經地位的國中學生家長在各種家長參與類型之參與程度有所差異。
六、 國中學生家長的家長角色認知與各種參與類型的參與程度之間有相關。
七、 國中學生家長的家長效能感與各種參與類型的參與程度之間有相關。
八、 國中學生家長的家長角色認知與家長效能感之間具有相關。
九、 國中學生家長的背景變項、家長角色認知及家長效能感對各種家長參與類型之參與程度具有預測作用。

The Relationships of Parental Role Cognition and Parental Efficacy to Parent Involvement among Parents of Junior High School Students in Taipei Area

Abstract

The main purpose of this study was to explore the relationships of parental role cognition and parental efficacy to parent involvement among parents of junior high school students. The survey data were collected from 978 parents in Taipei County and Taipei City. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, one-way MANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, canonical correlation and hierarchical multiple regression.
The results revealed that there were significant differences in parental role cognition, parental efficacy, and parental parent involvement in relation to parents’ background variables. Parent involvement was predicted significantly by parents’ background variables, parental role cognition, and parental efficacy.
