Abstract:   學生在學校適應的好壞與否,對學生在校園生活及其未來社會上的適應都有重大的影響,因此教導學生學校適應的調適與發展,是國小階段非常重要的課題。
  本研究的目的,在探討讀書會方案對國小高年級學生學校適應之成效情形。首先藉由文獻探討,整理出與學校適應相關的理論,以作為研究的立論基礎。接著,運用質化研究,實際進入一德國小,以讀書會活動方式觀察、訪談、並蒐集閱讀心得及文件資料等瞭解學生學校適應的轉變情形。
  本研究之讀書會方案對成員在學校適應上具有正向的影響。
其主要結果如下:
一、讀書會方案對國小高年級學童之「與同學關係」有提升之效果
二、讀書會方案對國小高年級學童之「對教師的態度」有提升之效果
三、讀書會方案對國小高年級學童之「對測驗的適應」有提升之效果
四、讀書會方案對國小高年級學童之「對學習的意願」有提升之效果
  本研究最後根據結果及實施過程中所發現之問題,提出建議以供學校輔導學生適應及未來研究之參考。
  The pupils' adaptabilities in primary school will exert enormous influences for pupils' adaptabilities in the future campus life and in society. Thus, to guide the primary school pupils to accommodate themselves to the campus life and to develop themselves, is the most important thing during the step of primary school.
  The aim of this thesis is to research into the study circle program for the 5th-6th -year pupils' adaptabilities in primary school. In the first part, we'll see the authoritative issues of the theories based on pupils' adaptabilities in school. They provide a identifiable foundation of theory for this thesis. Secondly, we'll show the result of the experiment on the pupils of I-Deh Primary School. By the strategies of watching, talking, dating and writting reading reports of reading society, we can see the evolution of the 5th-6th -year pupils' adaptabilities in primary school.
  This study circle program definitely has positive influences for the 5th-6th -year pupils' adaptabilities in primary school. The main results are:
  1. promoting effects on the relationship with classmates.
  2. promoting effects on the attitudes toward teachers
  3. promoting effects on the adaptabilities to exams
  4. promoting effects on the willingness to learn
  At last, this thesis provides some suggestions to guide the pupils to accommodate themselves to the campus life and some new dimensions for future studies.
