Abstract:	本研究旨在探討中部地區國中自然與生活科技教師之全球議題知能與專業發展需求的關係，以編製「國中教師全球議題知能與專業發展需求量表」作為研究工具；並以中部地區共189位的國中教師為研究對象進行調查，再採用描述統計、單因子多變量變異數分析、積差相關、典型相關與多元迴歸等統計方法進行資料分析與處理，本研究主要發現如下： (一)國中自然與生活科技教師在全球議題知能以環境議題的程度最高，人口議題的程度最低。(二)國中自然與生活科技教師以教育專業精神需求之離散程度最大，教學知能需求之離散程度最為輕微。(三)國中自然與生活科技教師的全球議題知能與專業發展需求在全球議題知能主要來源有顯著差異。(四)國中自然與生活科技教師的全球議題知能與專業發展需求有正向的關係存在。(五)國中自然與生活科技教師的全球議題知能主要來源及全球議題知能對專業發展需求有預測作用。最後，根據研究之結果，提出各項具體建議，以供關心全球議題知能與專業發展需求之教師及後續研究者之參考。
