Abstract: 本研究旨在探討彰化縣國民中學創意教學(creative teaching)實施現況。為達研究目的,首先進行文獻分析探討,以瞭解教師創意教學內涵、相關概念與實施情形,依據文件分析結果,編擬「彰化縣國民中學教師實施創意教學之現況調查問卷」作為調查工具。在進行調查研究時,以彰化縣公立國民中學教師為母群體,採二階段抽樣法,抽取30所國民中學,共601名教師做為樣本,回收問卷回收578份,其中扣除無效問卷12份,有效問卷共計566份,有效問卷回收率為94.1%。問卷資料處理運用SPSS 12.0 中文視窗統計套裝軟體,進行統計分析。
根據文獻分析及調查研究的結果,綜合歸納為以下結論:
一、 彰化縣國民中學教師在整體創意教學實施現況之整體表現屬良好程度,其中以「教師創意教學專業表現」構面實施現況最高。
二、 彰化縣國民中學教師尋求地方創造力教育中心相關的協助有限。
三、 彰化縣國民中學不同性別教師在「教師創意教學專業表現」構面程度上有顯著的差異存在。
四、 彰化縣國民中學不同任教年資的教師在「同儕教師對創意教學的態度」構面程度上有顯著的差異存在。
五、 彰化縣國民中學不同教育程度與擔任不同職務的教師在「教師創意教學專業表現」構面程度上有非常顯著的差異存在。
六、 彰化縣國民中學中,不同學校規模的教師在「同儕互動」構面程度上有非常顯著的差異存在。
另外,本研究亦對教師、學校行政主管、教育行政機關及後續研究提出若干建議。
The aim of this study was to explore the performance or execution about creative teaching in Changhua junior high schools. In order to understand the true meaning of teachers’ creative teaching, the relevant references were collected and discovered first. By means of filling out the investigation questionnaires, the researcher took the teachers in Changhua public junior high schools as study population, and selected 30 schools、601 teachers as the study examples. Totally 578 questionnaires were returned, inclusive of 566 valid ones and 12 invalid ones, so the collecting ratio was 94.1%. Besides, statistical SPSS 12.0 Chinese Window Package Software was used to deal with the data in order to carry out the statistical analysis. According to the data resources and study, the findings were as follows:
(a) The overall circumstance of the performance about the creative teaching in Changhua is pretty good. Most of all, the situation about “the professional performance of creative teaching”shows the best.
(b) It is very limited to search the relevant assistance in the local creative educational center.
(c) Different sexes of the teachers show differences in the situation about “the professional performance of creative teaching”.
(d) Teachers with different teaching ages show obvious differences in the situation about “peer teachers’ attitude of creative teaching”.
(e) Teachers with different education levels and assigned jobs show prominent differences in the situation about “the professional performance of creative teaching”.
(f) Teachers in different school scales or sizes show prominent differences in the situation about “peer teachers’ interaction ”.
Additionally, the researcher proposed some suggestions for the administrative chiefs at school 、the central educational administration as well as the directions of the future relevant studies.
