摘要: 國民中學校長領導權力運用、學校組織氣氛與學校效能關係之研究─以中部地區六縣市為例
摘要
本研究之主要目的在於探討國民中學校長領導權力運用、學校組織氣氛與學校效能的關係。依據研究目的,本研究首先藉由文獻分析探討相關理論基礎及其相關實證研究,以供本研究研擬研究架構之參考;另採問卷調查法以探討校長領導權力運用、學校組織氣氛與學校效能的關係,以及校長領導權力運用與學校組織氣氛對學校效能的預測情形。
本研究以中部六縣市(苗栗縣、台中縣、台中市、彰化縣、南投縣、雲林縣)之公立國中共502名教師為研究樣本,問卷所得資料以SPSS for Windows 12.0 進行統計分析,以描述統計分析、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析及多元迴歸分析等方法進行統計分析,獲致如下之結論:
一、國民中學教師知覺校長領導權力運用依序為參照權、專家權和關聯權。
二、國民中學教師知覺學校組織氣氛以開放型氣氛最多。
三、國民中學教師知覺學校效能以教師教學品質最高。
四、不同性別、年齡、教育程度、擔任職務、服務年資、學校規模的教師所知覺之校長領導權力運用、學校組織氣氛與學校效能有顯著差異。
五、校長領導權力運用與學校組織氣氛有顯著相關;校長領導權力運用與學校效能有顯著相關;學校組織氣氛與學校效能有顯著相關。
六、校長領導權力運用與學校組織氣氛對學校效能有顯著的預測力。
根據以上研究結果,提出各項建議,供教育行政機關、國民中學校長及未來研究者參考。

The main purpose of this research was to explore the relationship among principal leadership power use, school organization climate and school effectiveness in junior high schools in central Taiwan. In order to reach the aim, the study firstly discussed the relevant theories and
researches. Secondly, the literature review was offered as a frame for reference. Thirdly, questionnaire survey was used to figure out two issues.One is the relationship among principal leadership power use, school organization climate and school effectiveness. The other is the predictability of school effectiveness based on principal leadership power
use and school organization climate.The study randomly selected 502 public junior high school teachers from the six central counties in Taiwan (i.e. Miaoli County, Taichung County, Taichung City, Changhwa County, Naotou County and Yunlin County) as research samples. The result of the questionnaire was analyzed by using SPSS for Windows 12.0. The following conclusions were drawn based on the results of descriptive statistics, t test, one-way
ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis.
1. Junior high school teachers’ perception toward principal leadership power use was reference power, expert power, connection power in order of frequency.
2. Junior high school teachers perceived school organizational climate as “open climate” was the most.
3. Junior high school teachers perceived school effectiveness as “teaching iv quality” was the highest.
4. There were significant differences among the perception of teachers with different sexes、ages、job positions、education level、work experience、school sizes toward principal leadership power use, school organization climate and school effectiveness.
5. There was a significant positive correlation between principal leadership power use and school organization climate, principal leadership power use and school effectiveness, and also school organization climate and school effectiveness.
6. There was a significant predictability for school effectiveness based on principal leadership power use and school organization climate.According to the results above, some suggestions were proposed for educational administrative agencies, junior high school principals and
future researchers as reference.
