本研究旨在探討臺灣中部地區四縣市國中教師零體罰教育政策態度、教師效能、教師專業認同、及教師組織承諾之間的關係。採問卷調查法進行;研究樣本為臺灣中部地區四縣市公立國中568位教師;研究工具包括「零體罰教育政策態度量表」、「教師效能量表」、「教師專業認同量表」、及「教師組織承諾量表」;採描述統計、單因子多變量變異數、與多元迴歸等統計方法分析資料。
本研究獲致的研究結果如下:
一、臺灣中部四縣市國中教師對零體罰政策知悉,但認同度不明顯。
二、臺灣中部四縣市國中教師對其本身教師效能的肯定。
三、臺灣中部四縣市國中教師對其本身專業性的重視。
四、臺灣中部四縣市國中教師對其服務學校具有組織承諾感。
五、臺灣中部四縣市國中教師服務年資較高者比較低者具有更高的組織承諾。
六、臺灣中部四縣市國中教師具碩士學歷以上者比未具碩士學歷者具有較高的組織承諾。
七、臺灣中部四縣市國中教師兼任行政者比擔任純教學者更肯定零體罰教育政策。
八、臺灣中部四縣市國中學校規模較大者,其教師組織承諾高於學校規模較小者。
九、臺灣中部四縣市國中教師之教師效能與教師組織承諾對於零體罰教育政策態度有預測作用。
十、臺灣中部四縣市國中教師之教師專業認同透過教師效能,對於零體罰教育政策態度有預測作用。
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of teachers’ attitudes towards the education policy on zero corporal punishment, teachers’ efficacy, teachers’ professional identity, and teachers’ organizational commitment among junior high school teachers in central Taiwan. A total of 568 teachers responded to a set of instruments, including the Attitude towards the Education Policy on Zero Corporal Punishment Scale, the Teachers’ Efficacy Scale, the Teachers’ Professional Identity, and the Teachers’ Organizational Commitment Scale. The descriptive statistics, one-way MANOVA, and multiple regression were used to analyze data.

The result of study indicated that teachers know the education policy on zero corporal punishment, but admit degree is not obvious. Teachers affirm their one's own teacher's efficacy. Teachers pay attention to professional. Teachers have the sense of organizational commitment to their schools. The higher service seniority of teachers have higher organizational commitment than the lower one. Teachers having the above one of master's educations have higher organizational commitment than the persons who have not had master's education. The administrative teachers affirm the educational policy on zero corporal punishment more than the teaching teacher. Teachers of large size schools have higher organizational commitment than teachers of small ones. Teachers’ efficacy and teachers’ organizational commitment have the function of predicting on the attitudes towards the educational policy on zero corporal punishment. Finally, teachers’ professional identity via teachers’ efficacy have the function of predicting on the attitudes towards the educational policy on zero corporal punishment.
