Abstract: 本研究旨在探討高中優質化輔助方案學校質性指標執行成效與學校組織執行力之間的關係。主要的研究目的有三項:一、瞭解高中優質化輔助方案學校質性指標執行成效與學校組織執行力之現況。二、分析不同背景變項對高中優質化輔助方案學校質性指標執行成效與學校組織執行力的差異情形。三、探討高中優質化輔助方案學校質性指標執行成效與學校組織執行力之關係。本研究採用問卷調查法,以「高中優質化輔助方案學校質性指標執行成效與學校組織執行力問卷」為研究工具,以全國北、中、南高中優質化的751位教師為研究樣本。所得資料採用描述性統計分析、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析等方法進行統計分析。本研究的主要發現如下:
一、高中優質化輔助方案學校質性指標執行成效與學校組織執行力皆在中等以上的程度。
二、高中優質化輔助方案教師知覺學校質性指標執行成效,因學校屬性、學校所在地、學校規模、擔任職務,而有顯著差異。
三、高中優質化輔助方案教師知覺學校組織執行力因學校屬性、學校所在地、學校規模、擔任職務,而有顯著差異。
四、高中優質化輔助方案教師知覺學校質性指標執行成效與學校組織執行力有顯著正相關。
The main purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between the implementation of qualitative evaluation indicators of school actualization projectand school organizational execution. First, it aimed to understand the implementation of qualitative evaluation indicators of school actualization projectand school organizational execution. Second, it aimed at analyzing the differences of them with different content variables. Third, it empirically discussed the relationship between them. The data was collected by a questionnaire survey, whose title was “Questionnaire of the Investigation between the Implementation of Qualitative Evaluation Indicators of School actualization projectand School Organizational Execution.” A total of 751 teachers were sampled as research subjects from a variety of school affiliated with high quality senior high school program. After questionnaires were collected, descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson’s product-moment correlation were used to analyze the data.
Conclusions of this study were as follows:
1. The implementation of qualitative evaluation indicators of school actualization projectand school organizational execution were both above average.
2. The implementation of qualitative evaluation indicators of school actualization projectdiffered on the basis of different school attributes, locations, sizes, and teachers’ positions.
3. School organizational execution differed on the basis of different school attributes, locations, sizes, and teachers’ positions.
4. There were significant positive correlations between the implementation of qualitative evaluation indicators of school actualization projectand school organizational execution.
