俗云：「十年樹木，百年樹人」，可是綜觀國內教育環境在升學主義至上的長期影響下，對攸關人類切身生活的「食色，性也」等教育，卻只有極少數的象徵性教學規劃和學習活動。本研究旨在探討台灣青少年其媒體色情經驗與性態度之現況與其影響因素，以台灣中部五縣市1,375位國中及高中（職）學生為研究對象，使用青少年個人基本背景資料表、青少年媒體色情經驗量表、青少年性態度量表來獲取相關資料，以期提供國內從事性教育工作者、研究者或決策者的參考。研究結果顯示，青少年性態度認同程度相當高，而接觸性相關訊息或媒體色情資訊大多以尋求刺激、好奇為主，主要來源以網路為主，而青少年性態度會因性別、學習階段以及父母親管教方式不同而有差異。本研究建議教育行政機關與學校單位應善用網路媒體、加強青少年性教育課程、積極推動家庭性教育的規劃與實施、妥善運用同儕團體的力量、建立性教育網站以及發展青少年正當休閒活動機制，對於家長建議父母應善盡青少年性教育啟蒙的責任、建立良好親子關係，並建議社會應加強網路色情管制，以達到協助青少年建立健康正確的性態度。

Abstract
Under the influence of the utilitarianism, only a few format gender educational plans and related-learning activities are implemented in the classroom. The purpose of the present study was to explore the situations and influential factors of adolescents’ mass media pornography experiences and sexual attitudes in Taiwan. Subjects were 1,375 students of junior high school, senior high school, and vocational school from central counties in Taiwan. Utilizing the Mass Media Pornography Experience Scale and the Sexual Attitude Scale, the study intended to gather date and provide useful information for educators, researchers, and decision makers. The results indicate that the recognition of adolescent sexual attitude is high. In addition, the adolescent looks for excitement from the sexual-related information which is mainly from the websites. The adolescent sexual attitude varies from gender, learning stages and parental disciplines. The research suggests educational organization and schools make the full use of cyber media to reinforce adolescent sexual education, improve the domestic sexual education, take good advantage of peer groups and set up sexual education websites. At the mean time, parents should take the responsibility of adolescent sexual education and the authority should monitor mass media pornography to build up a healthy sexual attitude.
