Abstract: 本研究旨在探討中部五縣市(台中縣、台中市、彰化縣、南投縣、苗栗縣)國中學生之家庭功能、領導技能與同儕關係之間的關係。本研究採用問卷調查法,以中部五縣市普通國中學生1185人為研究對象,以「國中學生之生活現況調查問卷」為研究工具。所蒐集資料以描述統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關及簡單迴歸分析等方法進行統計分析。
本研究之主要發現如下:
一、國中學生與家庭成員的情感仍具有良好的凝聚力,但與家庭成員的互動互信較低。
二、國中學生領導技能現況,其中以「溝通」能力較好,「計畫」能力有待加強。
三、國中學生同儕關係現況,其中以「信守承諾」表現較好,「社交技巧」有待加強。
四、不同年級、家庭教養的國中學生在家庭功能整體上,均達顯著差異。
五、不同年級、家庭教養、學校規模及學生幹部的國中學生在領導技能整體上,均達顯著差異。

六、不同學校規模及學生幹部的國中學生在同儕關係整體上,均達顯著差異。
七、國中學生家庭功能、領導技能與同儕關係彼此之間,有顯著正相關。
八、家庭功能及領導技能對於同儕關係具有預測作用。
The main purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among family function, leadership skill,and peer relationship of junior high school students in central Taiwan. The survey data were collected from 1185 students in one city and four counties of central Taiwan. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, and simple regression.
Some results were found in this study:
1. Junior high school students had closer cohesion but this interaction with their family members.
2. Junior high school students ’ leadership skill was above average 3.0 score. The score performed well in the respect of the communication skill, but poorly planning skill.
3. In the peer-relationship, students get higher scores on “keep promises” while lower scores on “social skill”.
4. There were significant differences within grades, family parenting, in junior high students family function.
5. There were significant differences within grade, family parenting, school size, and class leaders in junior high school students leadership skill.
6. There were significant differences within grade, family parenting, school size, and class leaders in junior high school students peer relationship.
7. There was a positive correlation between junior high school students’ family function, leadership skill, and peer relationship.
8. Junior high school students’ family function and leadership skill were able to predict peer relationship in simple regression .
