Abstract: 員工離職傾向一直以來都是科技業、產業界及護理界的熱門研究議題,近年來以公務人員為研究對象的論述,已慢慢增加,惟獨探討教育行政機關公務人員離職傾向之研究仍非常少見,因此,本研究旨在探討教育行政機關公務人員知覺主管領導型態、工作滿意度與離職傾向之關係,期能找出影響教育行政機關公務人員離職傾向的因素。
本研究以中央教育行政主管機關(教育部、教育部中部辦公室)、直轄市政府教育局及台灣省23縣市政府教育處公務人員為問卷調查對象,共發放520份問卷,回收有效問卷451份,研究結果發現:
1.工作滿意度會因學歷不同而有顯著差異存在。
2.不同年齡、學歷及任職年資在離職傾向上有顯著差異存在。
3.領導型態對離職傾向有顯著性正向影響。
4.工作滿意度對離職傾向有顯著性負向影響。
最後,根據研究結果,提出結論與建議,供教育行政機關與未來研究者之參考。
The purpose of this research was to understand the relationship of the leadership style, job satisfaction, and turnover intention of educational administrative organization.
In order to achieve research objectives, the study employed questionnaire survey method to collect the research data. The samples were collected from Ministry of Education, Central Region Office, City government and County government. Out of the 520 questionnaires, 451 valid questionnaires were obtained. The research found that:
1.The educational background has a significant effect on job satisfaction.
2.The educational background, age and seniority have a significant effect on turnover intention .
3.Leadership style has a positive significant effect on turnover intention.
4.Job satisfaction has a negative significant effect on turnover intention.
Based on the above findings, this study proposed some concrete suggestions to the educational administrative organizations and educational authorities.
