摘要: | 本研究旨在探討國民中學學生知覺導師僕人領導、班級氣氛與學生學習動機之間的關係。首先藉由文獻分析,探討理論基礎及相關研究;接著,隨機抽樣中部四縣市(台中縣、台中市、彰化縣、南投縣,含縣市立高中附設國中部)之公立國中共1223名學生為研究樣本,使用之問卷包含四部分:背景資料、導師僕人組織領導量表、學習環境量表與學習動機理論量表,將所得資料以SPSS for Windows 12.0 進行統計分析,以描述統計分析、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析及多元逐步迴歸分析等方法進行統計處理。 本研究的主要發現如下: 一、國民中學學生知覺導師僕人領導、班級氣氛與學生學習動機之現況皆在中等程度以上。 ?二、國民中學學生知覺導師僕人領導,因學生年級、是否曾擔任過幹部、與導師互動頻率及導師帶班時間不同,而有顯著差異。 三、國民中學學生知覺班級氣氛,因學生年級、與導師互動頻率、導師帶班時間及學校規模不同,而有顯著差異。 四、國民中學學生知覺學生學習動機,在性別方面無顯著差異,而在年級、與導師互動頻率、導師帶班時間不同,有顯著差異。 五、國民中學學生知覺導師僕人領導與班級氣氛有顯著正相關,導師僕人領導與學生學習動機有顯著正相關,班級氣氛與學習動機有顯著正相關。 六、國民中學學生知覺導師僕人領導與班級氣氛對學生學習動機有顯著的正向預測力。 最後根據研究結果,提出各項建議,以供教育行政機關、國民中學導師與未來研究參考。 關鍵詞:僕人領導、班級氣氛、學習動機 A Study of the Relationship among Junior High School Students’ Perceptions on Classroom-Teachers’ Servant Leadership, Classroom Climate, and Their Learning Motivation

Abstract The main purpose of this study was to explore the relationship among the junior high school students’ perceptions on classroom-teachers’ servant leadership, classroom climate, and their learning motivation. First of all, through literature review, discussed theoretical fundamental and related researches. Secondly, a total of 1223 students, randomly selected from public junior high school in central Taiwan ( Taichung county, Taichung city, Changhua county and Nantou county), responded to a set of questionnaire consisting of four parts: demographic information, classroom-teachers’ servant leadership, classroom climate, and students’ learning motivation. The data were analyzed by using the statistic methods of descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, and multiple stepwise regression analysis using SPSS for Windows 12.0. The main findings of this study were summarized as follows: 1.The junior high school students’ perceptions on classroom-teachers’ servant leadership, classroom climate, and their learning motivation were above average. 2.There were significant differences among students’ grade,class assistance,the frequence of interaction between classroom-teachers and students, and the time during the classroom-teacher leads the class in the classroom-teachers’ servant leadership aspect. 3.There were significant differences among students’ grade ,the frequence of interaction between classroom-teachers and students, the time during the tutor leads the class and class numbers of school in the classroom climate aspect . 4.There was no significant difference in students’ gender,but there were significant differences among students’ grade, the frequence of interaction between classroom-teachers and students and the time during the classroom-teacher leads the class and class numbers of school in the students’ learning motivation aspect. 5.There were significant positive correlations between the junior high school classroom-teachers’ servant leadership and classroom climate, between the classroom-teachers’ servant leadership and the students’ learning motivation, and between classroom climate and thestudents’ learning motivation. 6.The classroom-teachers’ servant leadership and classroom climate were positive significant predicators for the students’ learning motivation. Finally, some suggestions for educational administrative systems, junior high school classroom-teachers, and future researches were proposed according to the results of this study.
