摘要: 本研究旨在探究「國民中學美育領導內涵」及建構「國民中學美育領導教育指標」。研究方法上採用文獻探討、焦點團體訪談及專家效度問卷。
由於本研究的內容有關於美育、美學及領導理論,研究者乃蒐集相關文獻進行分析。並透過邀請國民中學老師及校長們實施焦點團體訪談,了解國民中學教育現場美育領導存在的現況,並定義其內涵及建構其教育層面與指標,然後製作專家效度問卷。再請專家填寫專家效度問卷,審視及修正問卷當中的教育指標。
本研究藉文獻探討、焦點團體訪談及專家效度問卷,獲致以下結論:
一、 國民中學美育領導教育指標,建構出:美育氛圍融入學校組織、美育課程規劃與發展、教師美育專業知能建立與發展、美育環境佈建與營造、美育實踐應用於生活、美育資源爭取與整合和美育作為建立評鑑機制並持續研發等7個教育層面和44個教育指標。
二、 依據美育領導教育層面及指標,定義出美育領導內涵。

研究者基於以上結果,對教育行政機關、學校、後續研究者提出建
議,供有意實施美育領導者,實施的方向及作法之參考。

A Study on the Content of Junior High
Aesthetic Education Leadership and the Construction of its Educational Indicators

Abstract
The main purpose of this study was to explore the content of junior high aesthetic education leadership. And the other purpose is to construct its educational indicators . This study utilizes literature research , focus group interviews and a guestionnaire of experts as basic research tools.
Due to the content involved with junior high aesthetic education leadership , the literatures about “aesthetic”,”aesthetic education” and”leadership” were collected and analyzed by the researcher. By inviting some junior high school teachers and principals to attend the focus groups, the researcher can understand the status quo about junior high aesthetic education leadership and establish its educational indicators . Researcher used the results to form the questionnaire of expert to invite experts to fill it out , check it, and provide the suggestions to correct it.
Based upon the analyses and discussions of the study , conclusions have been obtained as followed:
1. Constructing 7 educational dimensions and 44 indicators on junior high aesthetic education leadership. The 7 dimensions are as followed: (1) the aesthetic education atmosphere integrates the school organization(2) the plan and the development of curriculum about aesthetic education (3) the establishment and development of specialized aesthetic education knowledge for teachers (4) constructing the settings and surroundings of aesthetic education(5) applying and practicing the aesthetic education in daily life(6) striving for the esthetic education resources (7) constructing the evaluation mechanism on the behavior of aesthetic education leadership , developing and studying it continually.
2. Constructing the content of junior high aesthetic education leadership by
the dimensions and indicators of it which were found by this study.
According to the results of this study, following proposals are offered:
1. Educational authorities should: (1) use the educational indicators of aesthetic education leadership to exam the leaders in junior high ; (2) provide some courses of aesthetic education to principals of junior high in advance , (3) build the resource center of aesthetic education
2. Junior high school could: (1)use the indicators to make some plans to make aesthetic education come true; (2)reduce and overcome some obstacles to push the matter about aesthetic education through; (3)gather the aesthetic education resources from the neighborhoods
3. Some suggestions for further studies : (1)choose different types of school, such as elementaryschools ,senior high schools or colleges to study;(2)try to invite some students,parents,the people in the neighborhood to join the study ; (3)use different kind of research tool to study; (4) change the indicators of aesthetic education leadership , according to some special situation to fulfill it.
