Abstract: 本研究之主要研究目的在探討大學生之成就目標導向、自我效能與作弊行為態度間之關係,並了解當前大學生進行作弊行為的概況。本研究採取問卷調查法,以台灣北部、中部、南部、東部之公私立大專院校之學生為研究對象,共發出800份問卷,回收有效問卷732份,並以敘述性統計以及結構方程模式進行資料分析。研究結果顯示:1.有68.4%的大學生曾經進行過作弊行為; 2.大學生成就目標導向中逃避精熟目標與作弊行為態度有顯著負相關;3.大學生成就目標導向中精熟取向目標與作弊行為態度有顯著負相關;4.大學生成就目標導向中表現取向目標與作弊行為態度有顯著正相關;5.大學生成就目標導向中逃避表現目標與作弊行為態度有顯著正相關;6.在逃避精熟目標中,自我效能與作弊行為態度之關係不顯著;7.在精熟取向目標中,自我效能與作弊行為態度之關係不顯著;8.在表現取向目標中,自我效能與作弊行為態度有顯著負相關;9.在逃避表現目標中,自我效能與作弊行為態度有顯著負相關;10.大學生成就目標導向與自我效能有顯著正相關。最後並根據結果提出建議。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among college students’ achievement goal orientation, self-efficacy and cheating behavior attitude and understand the general situation of college students’ cheating behavior attitude. This study adapts a survey questionnaire and collects data from college students in Taiwan. The researcher sent out 800 copies of questionnaires and retrieved 732 valid questionnaires and the data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and structural equation modeling. The results of this study include: First, 64% college students had cheating behavior before. Second, mastery avoidance goal and cheating behavior attitude have significant negative correlation. Third, mastery approach goal and cheating behavior attitude have significant negative correlation. Fourth, performance approach goal and cheating behavior attitude have significant positive correlation. Fifth, performance avoidance goal and cheating behavior attitude have significant positive correlation. Sixth, in mastery avoidance goal, self-efficacy and cheating behavior attitude are not significant. Seventh, in mastery approach goal, self-efficacy and cheating behavior attitude are not significant. Eighth, performance approach goal, self-efficacy and cheating behavior attitude have significant negative correlation. Ninth, In performance avoidance goal, self-efficacy and cheating behavior attitude have significant negative correlation. Tenth, College students’ achievement goal orientation and self-efficacy have significant positive correlation.
